Refund Policy – The Cohen Films
At The Cohen Films, we are committed to providing high-quality virtual training experiences in film and acting. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your enrollment.
Refund and Course Access Policy
By enrolling in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding payments, cancellations, and access to The Cohen Films content.
1. Payment Options
We offer two options to make your training more accessible:
One-Time Payment: A single payment of $150.
Installment Plan: An initial $20 deposit (non-refundable) and 4 weekly installments of $35 each.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee (Exclusive to One-Time Payment)
We want you to invest in your talent with complete peace of mind. For that reason, we offer a trial guarantee:
First Class Guarantee: If, after attending the first live session, you decide that the course does not meet your expectations, you may request to withdraw.
Refund Amount: You will receive 80% of the total amount paid ($120). The remaining 20% ($30) will be retained to cover administrative costs and access to the intellectual property shared during the first session.
Condition: The request must be submitted in writing to info@pedrocohenfilm.com within 24 hours after the end of the first class and before the second session takes place.
3. Cancellation Policy (Before the Course Begins)
One-Time Payment: If you cancel more than 7 days before the course start date, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel between 2 and 6 days before the start date, 50% will be refunded.
Installment Plan: The $20 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it secures your spot and covers enrollment-related operational costs.
4. Absences and Access to Recordings
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. We do not want you to miss any part of the learning experience:
Access to Recorded Classes: In case of absence, the student will have access to the recording of the corresponding class.
Availability: Recordings will be available for viewing for 30 consecutive days after the date of the live session. After that period, access will expire automatically.
No Refunds for Absences: Failure to attend classes, whether live or recorded, does not entitle the student to partial or full refunds.
5. Installment Plan Continuity
To access each week’s class and its recording, the $35 installment payment must be up to date.
Failure to pay an installment will result in the immediate suspension of access to the course, previously released materials, and recordings.
If the student decides to withdraw from the course, no refunds will be issued for installments already paid or for the enrollment deposit.
How to Request a Refund
For any administrative request, please email info@pedrocohenfilm.com with your full name and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method.
