3. PARTICIPANT-GENERATED MATERIALS (OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS)

All content, projects, or materials (“Participant Materials”) created or contributed by participants during or as part of Cohen Films Services are subject to shared ownership:

  • Participants retain full rights to exploit and commercialize their individual contributions and the final product.

  • Cohen Films retains a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce the Participant Materials for educational, promotional, and archival purposes.

  • Cohen Films will not claim exclusive ownership over the final products and will not derive direct monetary benefits from the commercial exploitation of Participant Materials beyond its training or promotional activities.

Participants agree to respect the rights of fellow participants when using any shared project materials.

4. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you confirm that:
